Program Description

Detroit Face MD's text messaging program is used solely to send:

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive text messages by:

• Checking the SMS opt-in box on our online consultation or contact form and providing your mobile number
• Completing a new patient intake form at our office that includes SMS consent
• Verbally consenting to a staff member, who will document your consent in your patient record

By opting in, you represent that you are the authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

Submission of online forms, consultation requests, or contact messages through this Site does not guarantee an appointment, constitute medical advice, or establish a physician-patient relationship. For disputes that cannot be resolved informally, the parties may agree to mediation as a first step before litigation.
